RPM Builds developed a long-standing relationship with a major Frac Sand producer that strengthened in Q4-2021 when they completed the relocation of three bolted TecTank-CP silos from Fairview, Montana to Merryville, Louisiana in 90 days. This was followed by a turnkey agreement for (4) four 4700-ton bolted silos, (2) two 150-foot tall bucket elevators, a truck loading system, diverters, and chutes. Despite unprecedented supplier lead times, RPM Builds was able to complete the project on time and within budget due to their Critical Path Management methodology.

RPM Builds successfully installed 12 large-scale silos for a Processed Lime Producer in Calera, Alabama. The silos were 27’ in diameter and 56’ tall, and each weighed over 50 tons. RPM Builds used a 400-ton crawler to move the silos from the temporary pad to the final location, and then used crane lifts to build, fly, and set them within a limited space. Their experienced team managed crews and coordinated with other contractors on the job site, and were able to meet and exceed the expectations of the client. This project showcased RPM Builds' ability to handle large, complex projects.

RPM Builds recently completed construction of a bulk cement storage terminal in North Little Rock, Arkansas, featuring a 38' diameter x 100' tall silo. The project included two extra large reinforced truck drive thru openings, internal dual maintenance work platforms and an aeration system installed safely at ground level. The installation process was simplified by utilizing the jacking method of assembling ring by ring. The project was completed in April and May 2022.

RPM Builds was successful in their innovative endeavor for the Pet Food Processing facility in Lawrence, Kansas, replacing six old chime tanks with flat panel (RTP) tanks. They worked quickly and efficiently to ensure the operations were not interrupted, taking measurements and keeping screw conveyors adjacent during the teardown and installation. RPM Builds collaborated closely with the supplier as a subcontractor and are now responsible for taking down and installing the new storage silos in phase three.

RPM Builds has experience in large liquid projects and tank farms, and erected 7 tanks at the America's oldest working whiskey distillery to create a wastewater reclamation facility in 2021. The anaerobic digester tank farm is part of the distillery's tour and uses organic waste to produce biogas and separate it into solids and liquids, which can be further refined into reusable products and then discharged back into the hydrological system, clean and free of contaminants.
